Director, Planning and Procurement
Denise leads strategic procurement, organizational planning and business development at JMS to ensure the reliable delivery of quality health commodities. With over 14 years of experience in health supply chain management, she has successfully managed donor-funded programmes and large-scale health commodity projects valued at over USD 36 million.
Denise holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Makerere University and is a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). Her expertise spans strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, health systems strengthening, financial planning, risk management and project leadership.
She has played a pivotal role in strengthening procurement systems, expanding strategic partnerships and driving business development initiatives that enhance access to affordable, quality healthcare across Uganda. Her leadership is anchored in innovation, accountability and value-for-money procurement that supports sustainable health outcomes.
