JHC is the Investment and manufacturing arm of Joint Medical Store (JMS). Incorporated in 2017, JHC focuses on developing and scaling healthcare-related solutions, with a vision to be the leading innovative centre of health solutions.

Oxylife 2020 Uganda Ltd is a company limited by shares, incorporated in November 2020 as a joint venture between Joint Health Care (JHC) and Hewa Tele. It was established to produce and market affordable, high-quality medical-grade oxygen in Uganda.
Oxylife commenced production in December 2022 and is currently the only National Drug Authority (NDA) licensed medical oxygen producer in the country. Guided by its core values of teamwork, excellence, integrity and partnerships, Oxylife continues to support improved healthcare outcomes through reliable medical oxygen supply.
In addition to oxygen production, Oxylife offers installation of medical gas piping systems and valve repair services. The company currently operates three PSA oxygen production plants and is in the process of modifying one of the plants to produce medical air.
