This Project covers the implementation of emergency warehousing, distribution, and redistribution of Essential Medicines and Health Supplies (EMHS) to PNFP health facilities, aimed at ensuring continuity of services, reducing expiries, and addressing commodity gaps at facility level.
a) Strengthening supply chain visibility and accountability.
b) Improve ordering and reporting performance.
c) Enhance distribution efficiency using GIS.
d) Improve facility-level performance through supervision.
