Brian Ainebyona

He provides strategic leadership in financial management, investment planning and digital enablement to strengthen organizational sustainability and growth. He is a seasoned finance executive with expertise in corporate governance, financial reporting, risk management and business transformation.

Brian holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University, is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an ACCA member, and is currently undertaking a CFO Masterclass. Before joining JMS leadership, he built extensive experience with KPMG in Uganda, Kenya and Bermuda, advising leading financial institutions on audit, governance, compliance and financial strategy.

He has successfully led financial stewardship initiatives that strengthen accountability, operational efficiency and stakeholder confidence, while championing automation and innovation to support informed decision-making. He is also an accredited trainer with experience developing finance professionals across the East African region.
